Planada Wastewater Collection System Repair Project, Merced County, CA


VRPA Technologies
prepared an Air Quality and Greenhouse Gas Impact Assessment for the Planada Wastewater Collection System Repair Project in the Planada community. The Project plans to repair the sewer line system in the Planada community. VRPA conducted a thorough air quality analysis of the potential environmental impacts of the Project, including anticipated greenhouse gas and criteria pollutant emissions. VRPA evaluated short-term and long-term air quality impacts based on California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD) significance criteria.
